Every year The Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival, hosted by Semsar, donates proceeds to one or two worthy causes. Semsar feels its important to give back, “I think it’s an inspiring way to live to always pay it forward, While most businesses worry about their debt to equity ratio, I focus on our social contribution to responsibility ratio.” In the past, the events have benefitted James Beard Foundation, St Baldrick’s Foundation, St Jude’s Research Hospital, Children’s Tumor Foundation, Children’s Hospital LA and the events have been attended by the likes of John Paul DeJoria, Robin Leach, Heidi Liddell, Joe Pesci, Katherine Heigl,… along with celebrity chefs Joel Robuchon, Francois Payard, Paul Bartolotta, Jose Andres.
